If recipient insists non-receipt although sender has completed the remittance, this is most likely the case below;
1) Non completion of the recipient real name authentication
-> Please find the Kakaotalk message with the real name authentication request sent to the recipient mobile phone number provided when applying for a remittance.
After checking the Kakaotalk message sent by Utransfer US, please complete the recipient real name authentication accordingly.
If you cannot find the Kakaotalk message, please check your email as well as mobile phone setting of SMS notifiation.
2) Mismatch of the recipient information:
-> It is the case that the remittance cannot be completed due to inconsistent recipient information.
Please check the recipient information in the remittance history and contact our CS team for more details.
