The recipient verification link will be sent to the recipient's phone number and email address provided at the time of remittance.
Once the recipient clicks the link, the following steps will be carried out:
1) Upload ID and verify real name:
For Korean nationals: Resident Registration Card or Driver's License
For foreign nationals: Passport, Korean Driver's License, valid Foreign Registration Card, or Domestic Residence Report Card
2) Confirm remittance information
3) Complete a 1 KRW account verification
Once the recipient's real name verification is completed, the deposit will be processed within 24 business hours (weekdays).
If the recipient has not received the link, please contact customer service, and we will also provide the link to the sender.
