Once remittance application is completed, there is no way to cancel the remittance by yourself.
Please reach out to our CS team if you have any inquiries related to remittance cancellation so that we can assist you with in terms of remittance cancellation as well as recipient information change only if it is able to be amended from our end.
If the recipient's date of birth, phone number, or account number is entered incorrectly, the information cannot be changed. In this case, you will need to request a refund and submit a new application.
