The FDS(Fraud Detection System) will automatically lock your bank account if you fail to sign in to PLAID over and over again.
Under such circumstances, you must try one of the methods below as Utransfer US is unable to unlock your account directly and instantly.
1. Please sign in to either the website or app of the financial institution(bank) you would like to proceed with and check the status of bank account accordingly.
2. Please contact the financial institution(bank) and get your bank account unlocked if your bank account is locked.
3. Please retry either via your financial institution(bank) or Plaid, if you cannot sign in though your bank account has already been unlocked.
